  • 1 Rest assured that we always do our best to keep you happy and satisfied. This can be seen from our customer reviews.
  • 2 It is understood and agreed that the digital representations of the video tape recording we provide are for private viewing only, and will not be sold, leased, hired or used in any public broadcast.
  • 3 We are not responsible for the receipt of poor quality, recorded-over or blank tapes. However, in the case of blank tapes or recorded over tapes we will let you know this is the case and you will not be charged. We will check tapes free of charge if you're not sure what's on them.
  • 4 If you are mailing us your tapes, please post via royal mail 1st class signed or Parcel force 48hr service. Please do not post 2nd class or a non-signed for service. Please make sure your parcel is well packaged and put our address with our phone number on the parcel along with your details also.
  • 5 When we return your tapes, we will put the receipt along with your tapes and your new media in the package and email / text you the tracking.
